BrightLine Realty was formed by a small group of real estate professionals (and friends). Occasionally, they would get together in social settings and talk about their experiences dealing with various real estate transactions, probates, divorces, bankruptcies, short sales and other contract issues.
Eventually, it became clear that this small group’s combined expertise might provide a unique service to prospective real estate clientele seeking to buy or sell property. Of the three friends who started BrightLine, all are experienced real estate brokers. Two are licensed attorneys, and one has a degree in finance and real estate. One of the attorneys turned his career several years ago to construction and real estate development. And, the finance graduate has experience in property and construction management.
